摘 要:为了研究补连塔煤矿12511综采工作面上覆岩层运动及矿压显现规律,使用相似材料模拟实验对12511综采面进行模拟,通过覆岩垮落特征,获得了覆岩垮落规律。通过工业试验、理论计算验证其合理性。研究表明:通过理论计算周期来压步距为11.6 m,此结果与实际观测的周期来压步距相一致。通过相似材料模拟实验发现综采面推进至60 m时发生初次垮落,推进至90 m时离层长度达到最大60 m,随着综采面推进离层长度逐渐减小;综采面推进到210 m时离层闭合不再发育。通过现场观测得出综采面超前支承力影响范围约25 m,超前支承压力对顶板影响距离约为22.55 m。In order to study the laws of overburden movement and ground pressure behavior of 12511 fully mechanized working face in Bulianta Coal Mine,similar material simulation experiment was used to simulate 12511 fully mechanized working face.Through analyzing the characteristics of overburden caving,the laws of overburden caving were obtained,and the rationality was verified by industrial test and theoretical calculation.The research shows that the calculated periodic weighting step distance is 11.6 m,which is consistent with the observed periodic weighting step distance.Through the simulation experiment of similar materials,it is found that the first overburden caving occurs when the working face is advanced to 60 m,and the maximum separation length reaches 60 m when the working face is advanced to 90 m,and the separation length gradually decreases with the advancing of the working face.When the working face advances to 210 m,the separation layer closure is no longer developed.According to the field observation,the influence range of the advance bearing pressure on the side wall of the working face is about 25 m,and the influence distance of the advance bearing pressure on the roof is about 22.55 m.
