摘 要:矿井通风阻力是井工矿井通风状况的重要参数,为了解矿井通风阻力大小和分布状况,找出其通风系统中通风阻力较大的区段和地点,以哈拉沟煤矿为例,按照实际情况在主要风路上共布置19个测点,利用气压计基点法实测了井巷风量及风阻值;针对测定结果进行了可靠性校验和阻力分布分析,并从扩大局部通风断面、增加并联风路、改造进风立井、实施降阻减压措施、优化通风系统5个方面提出了优化意见。Mine ventilation resistance is an important parameter of mine ventilation status.In order to understand the mine ventilation resistance and its distribution,find out the sections and locations with large ventilation resistance in the ventilation system,taking Halagou Coal Mine as an example,19 measuring points are arranged on the main air path according to the actual situation,and the air volume and wind resistance of the shaft and roadway are measured by barometer base point method.The reliability check and resistance distribution analysis are carried out according to the measured results,and the optimization suggestions are put forward from five aspects including expanding the local ventilation section,increasing the parallel air circuit,reforming the air inlet shaft,implementing the resistance reduction and pressure reduction measures,and optimizing the ventilation system.
