摘  要:针对神东矿区在浅埋厚煤层地质条件下高强度开采引起覆岩破坏、地表沉降进而影响工作面安全回采等问题,以神东矿区布尔台煤矿42108工作面为工程背景,通过FLAC^(3D)软件建立工作面三维地质模型,模拟浅埋厚煤层综放开采条件下的围岩及地表破坏场、围岩位移场分布特征及地表形变数据。通过对比观测站在回采过程中实测的地表沉降数据,分析该区覆岩运移破坏规律,结果表明:工作面回采后上覆岩层的破坏形态总体为“马鞍型”,在工作面巷道两侧和开切眼处的破坏高度最大,而在工作面采空区上覆岩层破坏深度相对较小;采空区上方地表以剪切破坏为主,工作面和开切眼上部附近区域以拉伸破坏和剪切破坏为主,初采位置沉降时间久、位移量较大,停采位置位移量较小;停采后地表实测最大下沉值达到了5706 mm,相应位置的数值模拟地表最大下沉值为5498 mm,两者结果基本相符。Aiming at the problems of overburden damage and surface subsidence caused by high-intensity mining under the geological conditions of shallow-buried and thick coal seams in Shendong mining area,and then affecting the safe mining of the working face,taking 42108 working face of Buertai Coal Mine in Shendong mining area as the engineering background,a three-dimensional geological model of the working face is established by FLAC^(3D) software.The distribution characteristics of surrounding rock and surface failure field,surrounding rock displacement field,and surface deformation data under the condition of fully mechanized top-coal caving mining in shallow-buried thick coal seam are simulated and analyzed.By comparing the surface movement and deformation data measured by the observation station in the mining process,the movement and failure law of overburden in this area is analyzed.The results show that:the failure characteristics of overburden after mining in the working face show a saddle shape,the failure height of overburden is the largest on both sides of the roadway and the open-off cut,while the failure depth of overburden of the goaf is relatively small.The surface above the goaf is mainly a shear failure,and the area near the upper part of the working face and open-off cut is mainly tensile failure and shear failure.The settlement time of the initial mining position is long and the displacement is large,and the displacement of the stop mining position is small.After stopping mining,the measured maximum surface subsidence reaches 5706 mm,and the maximum surface subsidence at the corresponding position of numerical simulation is 5498 mm.The measured results are consistent with the simulation results.
