摘 要:在连采掘进系统工作中,主要采用四臂锚杆机对巷道顶板进行支护,以提高围岩稳定性。针对四臂锚杆机在工作时出现系统压力低导致的支护质量差、支护效率低等问题,结合四臂锚杆机液压系统故障处理经验,分析了导致锚杆机液压系统压力低的原因,介绍了四臂锚杆机液压系统工作原理和故障诊断方法;针对反馈系统存在的问题,提出了系统优化改进方案,有效提高了四臂锚杆机液压系统工作的可靠性。In the continuous mining and driving system,four-arm roof bolter is mainly used to support the roadway roof to improve the stability of surrounding rock.Aiming at the problems of poor support quality and low support efficiency caused by low system pressure of four-arm roof bolter,combined with the fault handling experience of the hydraulic system of four-arm roof bolter,the causes of low pressure of the hydraulic system of the roof bolter are analyzed,and the working principle and fault diagnosis methods of the hydraulic system of the four-arm roof bolter are introduced.In view of the problems existing in the feedback system,the system optimization improvement scheme is proposed,which effectively improves the reliability of the hydraulic system of the four-arm roof bolter.
