摘　　要：乡村住宅建造过程中,物料提升和混凝土布料是必不可少的施工环节。传统物料提升与混凝土布料装置普遍设计粗陋、安全性差、机械化程度低。针对以上问题,设计、研发了物料提升-混凝土布料一体化装备。该设计创新性地将物料提升与混凝土布料功能集成,通过伸缩塔身、液压系统、行走机构、控制系统的集成设计,实现了快速就位、拖行方便、自动化控制等功能。该装备物料提升载重达到1 t,布料半径达到10 m。通过该装备的研发及应用,提高了乡村住宅建造机械化、自动化、标准化水平。In the process of rural housing construction,material lifting and concrete placing is an essential part of construction.Traditional material lifting and concrete placing equipment is generally crude in design,poor in safety and low in mechanization.In view of the above problems,the material lifting-concrete placing integrated equipment is designed and developed.The design innovative integrates material lifting and concrete placing function,through the telescopic tower body,hydraulic system,walking mechanism,control system integration design,to achieve rapid positioning,towing convenience,automatic control,and other functional goals.The new equipment material lifting load reaches 1 t,the fabric radius reaches 10 m,through the development and application of equipment,improve the rural residential construction mechanization,automation,standardization level.
