摘  要:为研究不同条件下矿石对溜井井壁支护结构的影响规律,以某地下矿山主溜井为工程背景,利用Abaqus软件建立有限元模型,对支护钢板结构进行冲击荷载下的数值模拟并进行了冲击力规律分析,研究不同矿石条件对支护钢板冲击力大小规律的影响。结果表明:矿石对支护钢板产生的冲击力大小随矿石质量、矿石冲击速度的增大而增大,法向冲击力随冲击角度的增大而增大,切向冲击力随冲击角度的增大而减小。In order to study the influence law of ore on the support structure of the shaft wall under different conditions,with the main shaft of an underground mine as the engineering background,a finite element model is established with Abaqus software,and numerical simulation of the support steel plate structure under impact load and impact force law analysis are conducted to study the influence of different ore conditions on the impact force law of the support steel plate.The results show that the impact force generated by the ore on the supporting steel plate increases with the increase of ore mass and ore impact velocity,the normal impact force increases with the increase of impact angle,and the tangential impact force decreases with the increase of impact angle.
