摘  要:首钢滦南马城铁矿是国内在建的特大型单一磁铁矿采选项目,年处理原矿规模为2200万t。根据近年来国内外矿山最新技术成果和高效碎磨装备的新发展,结合矿石性质,碎磨工艺后续要求,分别从工艺方案的制定、设备选择、技术经济比较方案,对该项目的碎磨工艺流程进行分析比较,最终确定采用“粗-中-细三段破碎-闭路筛分-干选-高压辊磨-干式微粉筛分”破碎工艺和“高压辊磨后产品预先湿式抛尾-阶段磨矿-阶段磁选-淘洗精选”磨选工艺。尾矿分级综合利用,粗粒级制备建筑砂石骨料,细粒尾矿用于井下充填,基本做到无尾矿排放。Luan’nan Macheng Iron Mine of Shougang Group is a large-scale single magnetite mining and mineral processing project under construction in China,with a ROM throughput of 2200×104 t.According to the latest technical achievements of mines in China and abroad in recent years and the new development of efficient crushing and grinding equipment,combined with the ore properties and the follow-up requirements of crushing and grinding process,the crushing and grinding process flows of the project were analyzed and compared from the formulation of process scheme,equipment selection and technical and economic comparison scheme to finally determine the crushing and grinding processes of"three-stage crushing of primary-secondary-tertiary crushing-closed screening-dry separation-HPGR-dry micro powder screening"and"pre-wet tail-discarding-stage grinding-stage magnetic separation-elutriation column magnetic concentration".The tailings are classified for comprehensive utilization,the coarse-grained tailings will be used for preparation of construction sand and gravel aggregate,fine-particle tailings will be used for underground filling,basically there are not tailings that need to be discharged.
