摘 要:选矿厂设计中磨机选型一直是设计核心,常用的方法有容积法、功耗法、仿真法等。功耗法是目前球磨机选型应用最为广泛的方法,随着功耗法计算的经验积累及选矿厂球磨机规格越来越大,实际生产中发现采用功耗法计算再磨作业的球磨机误差较大,需要根据再磨流程对计算公式中的输入参数和校正系数进行一定调整。同时在设计中也要对循环负荷、分级效率等因素进行充分考虑,使再磨系统设计选型尽可能符合实际生产规律。In the design of a mineral processing plant,mill selection is always the core of design,and the commonly used methods are volume method,power consumption method,simulation method and so on.Power consumption method is the most widely used method for ball mill selection at present.With the accumulation of experience in power consumption method calculation and the increasing specifications of ball mills in the mineral processing plant,it is found in actual production that the error of ball mills with power consumption method to calculate regrinding operation is large,so it is necessary to adjust the input parameters and correction coefficients in the calculation formula according to regrinding process.At the same time,factors such as circulating load and classification efficiency shall be fully considered in the design,so that the design and selection of regrinding system can conform to the actual production law as much as possible.
