碱度对熔剂性球团矿性能的影响规律

摘　　要：通过分析钢铁行业的发展趋势,提出了生产熔剂性球团矿的必要性,并采用不同种类的精矿作为原料,进行碱性球团矿的系统研究。通过对0.6~1.4碱度范围内球团矿强度和冶金性能方面的研究,得出了球团矿冷态抗压强度、还原度、还原膨胀率以及高温软熔性能随碱度提高的变化规律。Through the analysis on the development trend of iron and steel industry,the necessity of producing flux pellets was put forward,and different kinds of concentrates were used as raw materials for systematic research on alkaline pellets.Through the research on the strength and metallurgical properties of pellets in the range of 0.6~1.4 alkalinity,the change rule of cold compressive strength,reduction degree,reduction expansion rate and high temperature soft softening and melting properties of pellets with the increase of alkalinity was obtained.
