摘  要:重点介绍了首钢股份有限公司炼铁作业部球团二系列活性炭脱硫脱硝解析塔基本结构,针对解析塔运行中出现二氧化硫浓度低、脱气段温度偏差大等问题进行综合研究分析,对解析塔加热段和冷却段烟气循环工艺流程进行优化、加热段回热风机增容、解析塔内部列管结构改造,项目实施后脱气段炭温温差缩小到30℃以内,加热炉高炉煤气小时平均用量降低2000 m 3/h,解析的二氧化硫浓度提高2%左右,解析后的活性炭含硫量平均降低0.128%,达到了预期效果。This paper mainly introduces the basic structure of the second series activated carbon desulfurization and denitration analytic tower in Iron-making Operation Department of Beijing Shougang Co.,Ltd..The problems of low sulfur dioxide concentration and large temperature deviation in degassing section occurring during the operation of the analytic tower were comprehensively studied and analyzed,and the flue gas circulation process in heating section and cooling section of the analytic tower was optimized,the capacity of regenerative fan in heating section was increased,and the tube structure inside the analyzer was reformed.After the implementation of the project,the temperature difference of carbon in degassing section was reduced to less than 30℃,the hourly average consumption of blast furnace gas in heating furnace was reduced by 2000m 3/h,the concentration of the analyzed sulfur dioxide was increased by about 2%,and the sulfur content of the analyzed activated carbon was reduced by 0.128%on average,which achieved good expected results.
