摘 要:针对不同形式加劲肋对L形钢管混凝土中长柱轴压性能的影响,设计了9种(共16根)不同形式L形钢管混凝土中长柱试件(其中3种用来进行试验分析,另外6种用来进行有限元分析),并对其中试验试件的破坏过程、破坏形态和荷载-位移曲线等进行了对比分析。在ABAQUS建模时,通过导入计算出的屈曲模态来施加试件的初始缺陷,并考虑钢管冷弯后的角部效应对试件承载力的影响,再将有限元分析结果与试件试验结果进行对比,验证有限元的正确性。在此前提下,对另外6种试件的有限元模型进行了计算,并对计算出的轴压荷载-位移曲线、钢管应力云图以及混凝土与钢管间的相互作用分布曲线进行了分析,得出了不同形式加劲肋对L形钢管混凝土中长柱轴压性能的影响。综合考虑施工难度和加劲后效果,L﹣FWS﹣10加劲形式最佳。In this paper,in view of the influence of different forms of stiffeners on the axial compression performance of L﹣shaped CFST medium and long columns,9 types(16 in total)of L﹣shaped CFST medium and long column specimens with different forms were designed(3 of them were used for experimental analysis,and the other 6 were used for limited elemental analysis)to compare and analyze the failure process and modes,and load﹣displacement curves of the test specimens.When modeling in ABAQUS,the initial defects of the specimens were imposed by importing the calculated buckling modes,considering the influence of the corner effect after cold bending of the steel pipe on the bearing capacity of the specimen,and then the finite element analysis results were compared with the actual results of the specimen to verify the correctness of the finite element.The element model was used for calculation,and the calculated axial compressive load﹣displacement curve,the steel pipe stress cloud map and the interaction distribution curve between concrete and steel pipe were analyzed,and the influence of different forms of stiffeners on the axial compressive performance of L﹣shaped CFST medium and long columns was obtained.Considering the construction difficulty and the effect after stiffening,L﹣FWS﹣10 stiffening form is the best.
