摘　　要：在建高层建筑适龄期剪力墙构件混凝土强度不足是一种典型的混凝土结构质量问题,可能会导致结构的损伤或倒塌。为了解决剪力墙混凝土强度严重不足的问题,考虑设计、施工因素,提出了对有缺陷剪力墙的分层分段拆除置换加固法。在待加固剪力墙内力计算和构件拆除、置换施工全过程计算分析的基础上,设计了可实现分级卸载控制的剪力墙置换型钢卸载装置,明确了剪力墙构件置换加固施工质量控制技术关键点,并对剪力墙构件置换加固施工全过程进行了位移、应力、裂缝监测。监测结果表明,采用剪力墙分层分段拆除置换加固法具有较好的混凝土质量缺陷处理效果,在不改变新建建筑使用功能、结构性能的前提下,安全可靠地完成了有强度缺陷的剪力墙构件修复。Inadequate concrete strength of age﹣appropriate shear wall elements in high rise buildings under construction is a typical concrete structural quality problem that may lead to structural damage or collapse. In order to solve the problem of serious shortage of concrete strength of shear walls,layered segmental demolition and replacement reinforcement method was proposed to defective shear walls. Based on the calculation of the internal force of shear walls to be reinforced and the calculation analysis of the whole process of demolition and replacement construction,a shear wall replacement unloading device with graded unloading control was designed,the key points of quality control technology for the construction of shear wall element replacement reinforcement were clarified,and the monitoring of displacement,stress and cracks was carried out for the whole process of shear wall element replacement reinforcement construction. The monitoring results show that the layered segmental demolition and replacement reinforcement method has a good effect on treatment of concrete quality defects. On the premise of not changing the function and structural performance of the new building,the repair of shear wall elements with strength defects was completed safely and reliably.
