摘　　要：建立测定乙酰甲喹注射液含量的HPLC方法。选用C18为色谱柱,甲醇∶水(40∶60)流动相、流速1.0 mL/min、检测波长254 nm等为色谱条件。结果显示,乙酰甲喹的线性范围为0.005~0.1 mg/mL,线性方程为y=59346x-81849,R^(2)=0.9983;加样平均回收率为95.71%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.82%。HPLC方法的系统适用性好,测定结果的准确度高、精密度好,适合用于乙酰甲喹含量的测定。HPLC method for determination of mequindox injection was established.The experiment uses C18 as the chromatographic column,methanol:water(40:60)as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm as the chromatographic conditions.The results showed that the linear range of mequindox was 0.005~0.1 mg/mL,the linear equation was y=59346x-81849,R^(2)=0.9983;the average recovery rate was 95.71%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 0.82%.The HPLC method has good system applicability,high accuracy and precision of the determination result,and was suitable for the determination of mequindox content.
