摘  要:优化蛹虫草菌双向发酵杜仲和杨树花的工艺条件。通过单因素试验比较了中药添加量、发酵接种量、温度和时间四种因素,对发酵生物转化过程中多糖、多酚和甘露醇等指标的影响。结果表明,中药添加量30%、蛹虫草菌接种量40%、发酵温度25℃、发酵时间为7 d时,蛹虫草菌双向发酵的能力最强,虫草多糖、多酚和甘露醇的发酵指标较高。The process conditions of bidirectional fermentation of eucommia ulmoides and poplar flowers by Cordyceps militaris were optimized.Single factor experiment was conducted to compare the effects of four factors,including the dosage of traditional Chinese medicine,inoculation amount of fermentation,temperature and time,on the indexes of polysaccharide,polyphenol and mannitol during fermentation biotransformation.The results showed that when the dasage of traditonal Chinese medicine was 30%,the inoculation amount of Cordyceps militaris was 40%,the fermentation temperature was 25℃,and the fermentation time was 7 days,the bidirectional fermentation ability of Cordyceps militaris was strongest,and the fermentation indexes of cordyceps polysaccharide,polyphenol and mannitol were higher.
