摘  要:比较鸡胚成纤维细胞(CEF)和鸡成纤维细胞系(DF-1)两种细胞在重组鸡α干扰素(rChIFN-α)生物学活性测定中的应用效果。选择了三个批次的rChIFN-α在CEF和DF-1上进行生物学活性测定,活性测定结果分别为4.19×10^(7) IU/mL、4.19×10^(7) IU/mL、4.19×10^(7) IU/mL和4.19×10^(7) IU/mL、4.19×10^(7) IU/mL、2.10×10^(7) IU/mL。CEF制备繁琐、成本较高,DF-1比CEF更适合于rChIFN-α生物学活性的测定。The aim of this study was to compare the effects of chicken embryo fibroblast(CEF)and chicken fibroblast(DF-1)in recombinant chicken interferonα(rChIFN-α)biological activity assay.Three batches of rChIFN-αwere selected in biological activity measurement on CEF and DF-1,and the results were 4.19×10^(7) IU/mL,4.19×10^(7) IU/mL,4.19×10^(7) IU/mL and 4.19×10^(7) IU/mL、4.19×10^(7) IU/mL、2.10×10^(7) IU/mL。In view of the cumbersome preparation and high cost of CEF DF-1 are more suitable for rChIFN-αthan CEF in determination of biological activity.
