摘  要:考察植物精油与有机酸盐联合对黄曲霉菌和烟曲霉菌的体外抑菌作用。通过测定抑菌圈直径、最小抑菌浓度(MIC)、最小杀菌浓度(MFC)和分级抑菌浓度指数(FIC),评估单一植物精油的抑菌效果、植物精油联合的抑菌效果及复合植物精油与复合有机酸盐联合的抑菌效果。在所选的7种植物精油中,以肉桂醛、丁香酚对黄曲霉菌、烟曲霉菌的抑菌效果最佳,肉桂醛对黄曲霉菌和烟曲霉菌的MIC均为4 mg/mL,丁香酚对黄曲霉菌和烟曲霉菌的MIC均为8 mg/mL;肉桂醛与丁香酚按1∶2联合对黄曲霉菌和烟曲霉菌有很好的协同抑菌效果,FIC分别为0.33和0.17;由肉桂醛与丁香酚组成的复合植物精油与由双乙酸钠与丁酸钠组成的复合有机酸盐按1∶4或1∶5联合配伍对黄曲霉菌和烟曲霉菌均有很好的协同抑菌效果。结果表明,按照适当比例复配复合植物精油和复合有机酸盐对黄曲霉菌、烟曲霉菌的抑制有协同增效作用。The experiment was designed to evaluate the in vitro bacteriostasis of plant essential oil combined with organic acid salt on Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus fumigatus.The bacteriostatic effect of single plant essential oil,the combined bacteriostatic effect of plant essential oil,and the combined bacteriostatic effect of compound plant essential oil and compound organic acid salt were evaluated by measuring the diameter of the bacteriostatic zone,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),minimum bactericidal concentration(MFC)and graded inhibitory concentration index(FIC).In the seven selected essential oils,cinnamaldehyde and eugenol had the best bacteriostasis on Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus fumigatus.The MIC of cinnamaldehyde on Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus fumigatus was 4 mg/mL,and the MIC on eugenol was 8 mg/mL.The combination of cinnamaldehyde and eugenol at a ratio of 1∶2 had a good synergistic bacteriostatic effect on Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus fumigatus,with FIC of 0.33 and 0.17,respectively.The compound plant essential oil composed of cinnamaldehyde and eugenol,with the compound organic acid salt composed of sodium diacetate and sodium butyrate had a good synergistic bacteriostatic effect on Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus fumigatus when combined at 1∶4 or 1∶5.The results showed that the compound essential oil and compound organic acid salt had a synergistic effect on Aspergillus flavus and Aspergillus fumigatus.
