近40年中医药干预自身免疫性肝病研究可视化分析

摘　　要：目的了解近40年中医药干预自身免疫性肝病研究现状和热点,展望研究趋势。方法检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(万方数据)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)收录的1982年1月1日-2021年7月31日中医药干预自身免疫性肝病研究文献。采用Zotero软件进行文献管理,采用R4.1.0、CiteSpace5.8.R1和VOSviewer1.6.16软件对文献发表年份、作者、关键词等进行共现、聚类、突现分析并绘制知识图谱。结果共纳入文献514篇,涉及核心作者73位。核心关键词有自身免疫性肝炎、原发性胆汁性肝硬化、名医医案、细胞凋亡、熊去氧胆酸等;聚类分析得出抗平滑肌抗体、医案、巨噬细胞、血瘀络阻等研究方向;突现分析表明,当前研究热点集中在数据挖掘、刀豆蛋白a等方面。结论中医药干预自身免疫性肝病以临床研究为主,生物医学大数据与辨证论治相结合正成为研究趋势。Objective To understand the research status and hotspots of TCM intervention in autoimmune liver disease in the past 40 years;To predict the future trend.Methods Research articles about TCM intervention in autoimmune liver disease were retrieved from China National Knowledge Base(CNKI),China Academic Journal Database(Wanfang Data),and China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM)from January 1,1982 to July 31,2021.Zotero software was used for literature management,and R 4.1.0,CiteSpace 5.8.R1 and VOSviewer 1.6.16 softwares were used to conduct co-occurrence,clustering,emergent analysis of the publication year,authors,keywords,etc.,and a knowledge map was drawn.Results Atotal of 514 articles were included,involving 73 core authors.The core keywords were autoimmune hepatitis,primary biliary cirrhosis,case reports of master doctors,apoptosis,ursodeoxycholic acid,etc.;cluster analysis showed main clusters,such as autismoothmuscle antibody,case reports,macrophage,blood stasis,etc.;emergent analysis showed that recent research focused on data mining,concanavalinAand so on.Conclusion The research of TCM intervention in autoimmune liver disease is mainly based on clinical research,and the combination of biomedical big data andTCM syndrome differentiation and treatment is becoming a research trend.
