从太阳经辨治小儿喉乳头状瘤

摘　　要：喉乳头状瘤是小儿呼吸道上皮良性肿瘤,西医治疗以手术切除为主,但复发率很高,且反复发作。中医治疗可有效延长手术间隔时间,降低复发率,甚至消除瘤体。本文认为,小儿特殊体质状态,加之邪气外袭、饮食内伤等,致太阳经经气不利,出现水液代谢异常,痰湿与伏邪结聚于喉部是其主要病机。治当温阳化气利湿为法,以五苓散为主方加减能取得较好疗效。值得临床借鉴。Laryngeal papillomatosis is a benign tumor of respiratory tract in children.Western medicine treatment is mainly surgical resection,but the recurrence rate is very high and recurrent.TCM treatment can effectively prolong the operation interval,reduce the recurrence rate,and even eliminate the tumor.This article believed that the special physical condition of children,combined with the external attack of pathogenic factors and the internal injury of diet,may lead to the adverse effect on qi in Taiyang meridian,and abnormal water metabolism.Phlegm and dampness accumulation in the throat is the main pathogenesis of the disease.The treatment should be warming yang to transform qi and drain water.Modified Wuling Power should be the main prescription,which can get good efficacy.It is worthy of clinical reference.
