季节变化对金焰绣线菊和珍珠绣线菊叶片性状的影响

摘　　要：以金焰绣线菊和珍珠绣线菊为研究对象,采用指甲油印迹法制片,运用成像系统辅助观察两种绣线菊的叶片特征,观察季节变化对两种绣线菊叶片性状的影响.结果表明,金焰绣线菊的叶面积、叶厚度、叶脉密度和气孔的长度和宽度均大于珍珠绣线菊,气孔密度小于珍珠绣线菊;季节变化对金焰绣线菊和珍珠绣线菊的叶性状造成一定的影响,对金焰绣线菊的影响更大.To observe the effects of Spiraea x bumalda cv.Gold Flame and Spiraea thunbergii Bl.leaf traits to seasonal,we used the nail polish imprinting legal piece of imaging system to observe the two spiraea leaf characteristics.The results showed that:the Spiraea x bumalda cv.Gold Flame leaf area,leaf thickness,leaf vein density,stomatal length,stomata width were higher than Spiraea thunbergii Bl.,but the stomatal density was opposite.Seasonal changes effected the leaf traits of Spiraea x bumalda cv.Gold Flame and Spiraea thunbergii Bl.,there was a greater effect to Spiraea x bumalda cv.Gold Flame.
