交通基础设施建设对海洋产业优化升级的影响——以连云港市为例

摘　　要：交通基础设施建设对地区经济发展起着至关重要的作用,推进交通基础设施建设也成为连云港市海洋产业持续发展的重要内容。首先,构建了关于交通基础设施建设与海洋产业结构之间的数理模型并提出设想;其次,选取2006-2020年连云港市地区发展的时间序列数据,构建相应计量模型,采用工具变量法、分位数回归法研究交通基础设施建设与连云港海洋产业结构之间的关系。研究表明,交通基础设施建设与连云港海洋产业之间存在显著的“倒U型”关系,即交通基础设施建设前期能显著地加速海洋产业的优化升级,等到了一定阶段后会抑制海洋产业优化。Since the 21^(st) century,transportation infrastructure construction has played a vital role in regional economic development,and promoting transportation infrastructure construction has also become an important part of the sustainable development of Lianyungang’s marine industry.First,the mathematical model about the relationship between the construction of transportation infrastructure and the marine industry structure is constructed and the assumptions are put forward.S Secondly,the time series data of Lianyungang’s regional development from 2006 to 2020 are selected to build a corresponding econometric model,and the relationship between transportation infrastructure construction and Lianyungang’s marine industrial structure is studied by using instrumental variable method and quantile regression method.The research shows that there is a significant“inverted U-shaped”relationship between the construction of transportation infrastructure and the marine industry of Lianyungang,that is,the construction of transportation infrastructure can significantly accelerate the optimization and upgrading of the marine industry in the early stage,and it will inhibit the optimization of the marine industry after a certain stage.
