摘  要:采用不同微营养配方培养杏鲍6号菌种,研究其母种和原种质量、出菇表现及漆酶、丙酮酸脱氢酶活性。结果表明,杏鲍6号在母种配方4培养基中菌丝长势好、菌丝洁白、浓密粗壮,菌丝长势评分高,菌种质量好;菌丝生长速率最快(5.31 mm/d),与ck(4.89 mm/d)有显著性差异。杏鲍6号原种菌丝在培养基配方1和配方4中长势好,菌丝洁白、浓密、粗壮,菌种质量好。原种配方1菌丝生长速度(2.61 mm/d)和配方4菌丝生长速度(2.55 mm/d)较快,分别与ck菌丝生长速度(2.29 mm/d)、配方5菌丝生长速度(2.29 mm/d)达显著性差异。出菇试验中,子实体产量较高的是配方3(110.97 g)与配方4(107.57 g),二者分别与ck(91.56 g)、配方5(91.44 g)之间达显著性差异。综合比较得出,添加硫酸锌(1 g)的配方4为杏鲍6号母种最佳配方,同时添加硫酸锌(0.01%)的配方4也是其原种培养基出菇的最好配方。The strain Pleurotus eryngii No.6 was cultivated with different micronutrient formulas,and the quality,fruiting performance,laccase and pyruvate dehydrogenase activities of its mother stock and original species were studied.The results showed that Pleurotus eryngii No.6 in the mother stock formula 4 had good mycelium growth,white,thick and strong mycelium,high mycelium growth score,and the strain quality was good.Formula 4 mycelium growth rate was the fastest(5.31 mm/d)significantly different from ck(4.89 mm/d).The original mycelium of Pleurotus eryngii No.6 grew well in the medium formula 1 and formula 4,the mycelium were white,dense and thick,and the strain quality was good.The growth rate of mycelium of original formula 1(2.61 mm/d)and the growth rate of mycelium of formula 4(2.55 mm/d)were faster,which were respectively the same as those of ck(2.2872 mm/d)and formula 5(2.2884 mm/d),reaching a significant difference.In the fruiting test,formula 3(110.97 g)and formula 4(107.57 g)had higher yields of fruiting bodies,and the two formulas were significantly different from ck(91.56 g)and formula 5(91.44 g).Comprehensive comparison showed that formula 4 with zinc sulfate(1 g)added was the best formula for the mother stock of Pleurotus eryngii No.6,and Formula 4 with zinc sulfate(0.01%)added was also the best formula for mushrooms from the original culture medium.
