天山花楸种子特征及休眠原因初探

摘　　要：运用电镜、内源萌发抑制物类型的生物学鉴定、TTC染色等方法进行天山花楸种子特性、种子吸水性、内源抑制物测定,研究天山花楸种子休眠的原因及可能存在的休眠类型。结果表明,天山花楸种子呈扁卵形,种皮较光滑。纵径在4.01~4.97 mm之间,横径在1.89~2.67 mm之间;千粒重在5.503~5.689 g之间;种子含水量为6.47%,种子的生活力为33.3%。种皮上的角质层和坚硬较厚的种皮会影响种子的透性。种子甲醇浸提液和水浸提液能显著抑制白菜种子萌发和幼苗的生长,其中水浸提液的抑制作用比甲醇浸提液更明显。天山花楸种子属小粒种子,且生活力较低,种皮机械障碍造成的物理休眠和种子内源抑制物是造成天山花楸种子休眠的主要因素。Seed characteristics,seed water absorption and endogenous inhibitors of Sorbus tianschanica were determined by electron microscopy,biological identification of endogenous germination inhibitors and TTC staining,and the causes of seed dormancy and possible dormancy types of Sorbus tianschanica seeds were studied.The results showed that the seeds of Sorbus tianschanica were oblate and the seed coat was smooth.The longitudinal diameter was from 4.01 to 4.97 mm,the transverse diameter was from 1.89 to 2.67 mm;The 1000-grain weight was from 5.503 to 5.689 g;The water content of the seeds was 6.47%,and the viability of the seeds was 33.3%.The cuticle on the seed coat and the hard,thick coat would affect the permeability of the seed.Methanol extract and water extract could significantly inhibit seed germination and seedling growth of Chinese cabbage,and the inhibition effect of water extract was more obvious than that of methanol extract.Sorbus tianschanica seeds were small seeds with low viability.Physical dormancy caused by mechanical barriers of seed coat and endogenous inhibitors of seeds were the main factors causing seed dormancy of Sorbus tianschanica.
