摘 要:贵州高原具有良好的自然、气候生态条件,适合优质稻米生产。由于品种缺乏,影响了生态优质水稻产业发展。近年在政府及相关部门倡导和资助下,贵州省水稻研究所等单位选育了一批不同类型的优质特色新品种,具有软、糯、香、甜、弹的优质特征。通过新品种比较试验,稻米品质检测等,鉴选出一批优质特色新品种,以期推进贵州优质水稻产业的发展。Guizhou Plateau,with good natural,climatic and ecological conditions,is suitable for high-quality rice production.The lack of rice varieties had affected the development of ecological quality rice industry.In recent years,under the advocacy and funding of the government and related departments,a number of different types of high-quality new varieties were selected and bred,which were soft,waxy,fragrant,sweet and elastic.Through the comparison between new varieties and rice quality testing,a number of new varieties with high quality and characteristics were identified to help the sustainable development of the high-quality rice industry in Guizhou.
