摘  要:矿物绝缘电缆是一种用铜护套包裹铜导体芯线,并以氧化镁粉末作为无机绝缘材料对导体与护套进行隔离的电缆,最外一层可以依照需求来选择保护套。常被称作MICC或MI电缆。矿物绝缘电缆可以分成刚性矿物绝缘电缆与柔性矿物绝缘电缆,有着不同的作用与施工特点。矿物绝缘电缆具有耐火、操作温度高、寿命长、外径小、防水、短路故障额定值较高等优点,能够适用于高层建筑、机场、船舶隧道、海上石油平台、购物中心、航空航天等领域。矿物绝缘电缆施工过程中需要立足于其特性,严格按照施工流程进行施工,保障各个环节能够有效进行,提升施工质量,使电缆的使用效率能够得到提升。立足于矿物绝缘电缆的施工技术,分析了矿物绝缘电缆的特性,并深入探讨了矿物绝缘电缆的施工流程,希望能够对相关的工作提供一定的帮助。Mineral insulated cable is a kind of cable that uses copper sheath to wrap copper conductor core wire,and uses magnesium oxide powder as inorganic insulating material to isolate the conductor and sheath.The outermost layer can choose the protective sheath according to the demand.Often referred to as MICC or MI cable.Mineral insulated cables can be divided into rigid mineral insulated cables and flexible mineral insulated cables,which have different functions and construction characteristics.Mineral insulated cable has the advantages of fire resistance,high operating temperature,long service life,small outer diameter,waterproof and high shortcircuit fault rating.It can be applied to high-rise buildings,airports,ship tunnels,offshore oil platforms,shopping centers,aerospace and other fields.Based on the construction process,the cable insulation can be used strictly and effectively according to the requirements of the construction process,so as to improve the cable quality.Based on the construction technology of mineral insulated cable,this paper analyzes the characteristics of mineral insulated cable,and deeply discusses the construction process of mineral insulated cable,hoping to provide some help for relevant work.
