摘　　要：通过对某不规则超限高层建筑的设计与分析,给出了此类超限高层的分析过程及关键点,对关键构件进行了性能化分析,并提出了相应的结构构造措施,以保证结构安全可靠。相关研究成果可为类似工程抗震设计提供参考。According to the analysis of the structural design of some irregularity out-of-code high-rise buildings,the paper provides the design analysis process and key points of the out-of-code high-rise buildings,Analyzed the performance of the key components and points out the respective structural component measures to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.The relevant research finding will provide reference for similar ant–seismic design.
