摘　　要：主要介绍深圳太子湾亲子购物坊300m超长及大体积混凝土地下室中关于跳仓法的施工应用。经过对施工段划分、配合比优化、原材控制等进行反复论证优化,形成一套包含仓块划分、裂缝控制、过程管控等关键控制点技术。对超长地下室跳仓法施工进行工艺流程细化分以及执行严密的管控验收制度,取消地下室后浇带设置,减少施工缝,降低渗漏隐患,加快施工进度,降低施工成本,为同类工程提供借鉴经验。This paper mainly introduces the construction application of skip warehouse method in 300 m super long and mass concrete basement of Taiziwan parent-child shopping mall in Shenzhen.Through repeated demonstration and optimization of construction section division,mix proportion optimization,raw material control,etc.,a set of key control point technologies including warehouse block division,crack control,process control,etc.has been formed.The construction process of the super long basement skip warehouse method was refined and the strict control and acceptance system was implemented.The setting of the post pouring belt in the basement was canceled,the construction joints were reduced,the hidden danger of leakage was reduced,the construction progress was accelerated,and the construction cost was reduced,providing reference experience for similar projects.
