摘  要:结合宝钢煤气系统的特点,分析了为焦炉煤气精脱硫项目对主管网切断接口的可行性。针对接口期间向某区域用户保供混合煤气的难题,提出包括从其它煤气站以天然气倒流混入高炉煤气、联网供应焦炉煤气、从而形成混合煤气的策略,设计临时程序进行自动控制,组织实施并达到预期效果。Combined with the characteristics of Baosteel’s gas system,the feasibility of cutting of the interface to the main network for the coke oven gas refining and desulfuriza⁃tion project was analyzed.In view of the difficulty of supplying mixed gas to a regional cus⁃tomers during the interface period,the strategy of mixing blast furnace gas with natural gas backflow from other gas stations and supplying coke oven gas to the network to form mixed gas was proposed.A temporary program was designed for automatic control to achieve the expected results.
