摘　　要：现有焦炉煤气加压输送工艺中,焦炉煤气经过过滤罐后仍还有较多的焦油等杂质,对活塞机的稳定运行有较大影响,通过分析影响活塞机稳定运行的因素及活塞机检修,探讨采用旋风分离器替代过滤罐去除焦炉煤气中焦油、冷凝液等杂质,提高焦炉煤气净化质量,以达到保证活塞机长周期运行的目的。In the existing coke oven gas pressurized conveying process,there are still more tar and other impurities in the coke oven gas after the filter tank,which has a greater impact on the stable operation of the piston machine.By analyzing the factors affect⁃ing the stable operation of the piston machine and the maintenance,to explore the use of cyclone separator instead of filter tank to remove the tar,condensate and other impurities in the coke oven gas,so as to improve the purification quality of the coke oven gas,leading to achieve the purpose of ensuring the long-term operation of the piston machine.
