摘　　要：某钢铁公司转让给某气体公司在建的2套40000 m^(3)/h空分设备及其附属设施,气体公司接续完成项目建设、调试、竣工验收,并办理好生产许可证,该项目顺利运行至今。总结该转让“空分在建工程”项目的实施过程。A iron and steel company transferred two sets of 4000 m^(3)/h air separation equipment and their ancillary facilities that were construction in progress to a gas company.The gas company completed the project construction,commissioning,completion and accep⁃tance.The production license was obtained as well.The project has been running smoothly since then.The paper sums up the implementation process of the“air separation construc⁃tion in progress”project.
