摘　　要：介绍了几种振动传感器的工作原理,及某钢厂自备电厂大型汽轮发电机组的轴系结构组成,阐述了该机组振动测点的选择和布置情况,针对该机组研究设计了振动监测保护系统,实现了关键振动测点的实时监测分析和联锁停机保护功能,并对该系统的应用效果进行了总结。对其他领域转动设备振动监测系统的设计和应用维护具有借鉴指导。This article introduces the working principle of several vibration sensors and the structure composition of the shaft system of a large turbine generator in a steel mill’s self-provided power plant,describes the selection and arrangement of vibration measurement points of the unit,researches and designs a vibration monitoring and protection system for the unit,so as to realize the real-time monitoring and analysis for key vibration measurement points and interlock shutdown pro⁃tection function,the application effect of the systemis summarized as well.It also provides reference for the design and application of vibration monitoring systems for rotating equipment in other fields.
