摘 要:通过热力学、动力学原理分析VOD炉精炼00Crl8Nil0N超低碳不锈钢脱碳命中率的影响因素,优化攀长特炼钢总厂二作业区VOD炉精炼作业过程中的入炉温度、临界碳含量、真空度、吹氩等,同时根据氧电势检测实时数据以及废气温度变化调整真空泵作业模式等措施,多个指标综合监控终点碳,从而提高了碳终点命中率、Cr收得率、缩短了精炼周期、降低了工序生产成本,在超低碳不锈钢生产中取得了较好的冶金效果。Through the thermodynamic and kinetic principle analysis of factorsinfluencing the decarburization hitting rate of ultra-low carbon stainless steel when refining 00Crl8Nil0Nin VOD furnace,so as to optimize the the furnace temperature,critical carbon content,vacuum degree,ar⁃gon blowing,etc.during the VOD furnace refining operation in the second operation area of Pan⁃chang Special Steelmaking General Plant.Meanwhile,by adjusting the vacuum pump operation mode according to the real-time detection data of oxygen potential and exhaust gas temperature changes,etc.,with a number of indicators to monitor the end-point carbon,the end-point hitting rate of carbon and yield of Cy were improved,the refining cycle were shortened,the process produc⁃tion costs were reduced.Better metallurgical results have been achieved in the production of ultralow carbon stainless steel.
