摘　　要：介绍了马钢中型材开坯机在轧钢时回松装置压力异常及辊缝值稳定性异常的现象。结合轧辊系统控制原理进行了分析,有效的提升了系统运行稳定性。The article introduces the phenomenon of abnormal pressure of unjaming gear and abnormal stability of roll slit value during rolling in mudium profile billet mill of Masteel.The analy⁃sis is carried out in combination with the control principle of roll system,which finally improved the system operation stability.
