摘　　要：针对晋能控股煤业集团煤炭洗选产业的现状,从厂型规模、装备水平、洗选工艺、技术管理、经营管理、运营模式等方面的差异化管理进行阐述,分析自身存在的问题和不足,并对集团公司洗选业未来发展提出建议。In view of the present situation of coal washing industry in Shanxi Neng Holding Coal Industry Group,this paper expounds the differentiated management from the aspects of plant size,equipment level,washing technology,technical management,business management and operation mode,analyzes its own problems and shortcomings,and puts forward some suggestions for the future development of coal washing industry in the group company.
