摘　　要：阐述了小回沟选煤厂TBS尾煤脱水后掺入中煤,由于TBS尾煤刮刀离心机脱水效果差造成中煤水分高、发热量低、销售难等问题。通过实施将TBS尾矿引入中煤脱介筛稀介段,利用中煤脱介筛的富余能力,把中煤脱介筛作为高频筛进行中煤和TBS尾煤脱水,脱水后中煤旁路直接落入中煤带式输送机等工艺改造措施,有效降低了中煤水分,保证了中煤产品质量,提高了经济效益,同时由于减少2台离心机运行,大大减少了离心机维护量。In view of the small back channel TBS tailings scraper centrifuge dewatering of coal preparation plant problem of poor effect,will introduce a TBS tailings coal medium sieve,using surplus of China coal medium screen,by adjusting the feeding point,close water medium sieve,1 increase in dam,bypass China coal centrifuge,medium the vibration sieve as a high frequency sieve coarse coal slime dewatering.Through the transformation,not only the water content of medium coal is reduced,the quality of medium coal product is guaranteed,but also the medium coal and slime centrifuge is bypassed,greatly reducing the centrifuge maintenance.This has certain reference significance to other coal preparation plants.
