摘 要:介绍了水煤浆湿式球磨机的工作原理和使用现状,通过研究该设备研磨介质钢球堆积密度及钢球填充率,优化研磨介质钢球的级配,提升了水煤浆湿式球磨机研磨效率,达到增产、降耗的效果;在项目中的实践应用表明,水煤浆湿式球磨机钢球级配优化后能提高产能10.29%,吨浆能耗降低14.87%。This paper introduces the working principle and using status of coal-water slurry wet ball mill.After introducing the researches on the steel ball stacking density and steel ball filling rate of grinding media in the equipment,and optimizing the grading of grinding media steel balls,the mill efficiency of coal-water slurry wet ball mill is improved.The paper also analyzes the grinding media steel ball stacking density and steel ball filling rate,improves the grinding media steel ball gradation,and achieves the increase in production and reduction in consumption,which is practically applied in the project.It can be concluded from the results that,the capacity can be increases by 10.29%through this coal-water slurry wet ball mill with optimized steel ball gradation,and the energy consumption can be reduced by 14.87%per ton of slurry.
