摘　　要：武乡荣辉选煤厂通过升级粗煤泥分选系统,利用大锥角旋流器、螺旋分选机及三质体高频脱泥筛等设备对粗精煤泥进行深层次的分级分选,对粗煤泥进行再提纯、再分选,保证了粗精煤泥产品的质量可靠性,同时避免了重介精煤产品“背灰”现象的出现,最终保证精煤产率的有效提高。After upgrading the coarse slime separation system,Ronghui Coal Preparation Plant in Wuxiang uses large cone angle swirler,spiral separator,triple mass high frequency desliming screen and other equipment to conduct deep classification and separation of coarse and clean slime,and re purify and re separate the coarse slime,which not only ensures the quality reliability of coarse and clean slime products,but also avoids the“back ash”phenomenon of heavy medium and clean coal products,so as to ensure the effective improvement of clean coal yield.
