摘  要:水峪选煤厂在检测浮选入料粒度分布时,受煤质及操作参数变化影响,导致浮选入料粒度、浓度采制化代表性不强,检测周期长,劳动强度大,采用煤泥水超声波在线粒度仪对浮选入料进行检测研究。试验结果表明:样品粒度范围小于0.075 mm累积含量66%~88%,趋势波动明显,数据建模后检测结果能够很好地跟踪趋势波动变化。现场应用结果:检测浓度与实际浓度平均误差小于6 g/L,浮选入料各粒度级检测粒度与筛分粒度平均误差小于1%。检测精度满足实际生产需求,为浮选操作提供了有效参考。In the detection of flotation feed size distribution in the Shuiyu coal preparation plant,under the influence of coal quality and operating parameters changes in flotation feed size,concentration mining representative is not strong,long detection cycle,labor intensity,the use of coal sludge water ultrasonic online particle size meter for flotation feed detection research.The results show that if the sample size range is less than 0.075 mm cumulative content of 66%to 88%,the trend fluctuation is obvious,and the detection results after data modeling can well track the trend fluctuation changes.Field application results:the average error between the detected concentration and the actual concentration is less than 6 g/L,and the average error between the detected particle size and the screened particle size is less than 1%for each particle size level of the flotation feed.The detection accuracy meets the actual production requirements and provides an effective reference for flotation operations.
