摘 要:以实际工程为例对浓盐水除硅工艺进行研究总结,主要分析对比偏铝酸钠除硅和镁剂除硅2种方法及原理、传统高密池+过滤和化学沉淀+管式膜2种工艺的特点,确定除硅系统“偏铝酸钠化学沉淀+管式膜装置固液分离”的工艺流程,并以此进行设计。调试及运行时单套管式膜装置产水量≥50 m^(3)/h、SiO_(2)去除率≥95%、出水SiO_(2)<10 mg/L、出水浊度≤0.5 NTU,关键指标均优于设计值,系统运行稳定。Taking the actual project as an example,this paper studies and summarizes the desilication process of concentrated brine.The principles and methods of silicon removal by sodium metaaluminate and magnesium agent are mainly analyzed and compared.And two different process characteristics of traditional high-density tank-filtration and chemical precipitation-tubular membrane are compared.The process flow of sodium metaaluminate chemical precipitation and solid-liquid separation of tubular membrane device is determined and designed for silicon removal system.During commissioning and operation,the water production of single casing membrane device≥50 m^(3)/h,SiO_(2) removal rate≥95%,SiO_(2) of effluent<10 mg/L,turbidity of effluent≤0.5NTU,the key indexes are all better than the design values,and the system runs stably.The introduction of this paper can provide reference for the design and application of silicon removal process in similar projects.
