摘  要:絮凝沉降是煤泥水处理的主流方法,而良好的水力条件有利于提高絮凝效果。以絮体大小、分形维数、沉降速率、上层清液浊度以及沉降泥层高度为评价指标,考察转速、搅拌时间以及烧杯直径对煤泥水絮凝沉降效果的影响。结果表明,当转速为400 r/min、烧杯直径为6.8 cm时,所形成的絮体最佳,絮凝沉降效果最好。若转速过高、搅拌时间太长以及烧杯直径太小,都将导致絮体破碎,获得的絮凝平均粒径减小,沉降速率变慢,上清液浑浊。若转速过低、搅拌时间太短以及烧杯直径太大,颗粒间的碰撞效率低,从而导致絮凝效率低。Flocculation-sedimentation is the main method for coal slime treatment,and good hydraulic conditions are conducive to improving the flocculation effect.The effects of stirring rate,stirring time and beaker diameter on the flocculating-settling of coal slime water were investigated by using the floc size,fractal dimension,settling rate,turbidity of supernatant and height of slime as evaluation factors.The results show that when the rotating speed is 400 r/min and the beaker diameter is 6.8 cm,the floc formed under the experimental conditions is the best and the flocculating settling effect is the best.Too high stirring rate,too long stirring time and too small beaker diameter reduced the average size of flocculation and bring lower settling rate and turbid supernatant.Otherwise,too low stirring rate,too short stirring time and too big beaker made the collision efficiency between particles down,which leads to low flocculation efficiency and poor flocculation effect.
