摘 要:棋盘井选煤厂浮选过程中高灰细泥极易上浮且较难控制,时常引起浮精灰分超标,致使重选精煤“背灰”,严重影响了选煤厂的经济效益;为了提高浮选效果,选煤厂探索了Na^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Al^(3+)3种无机盐对棋盘井煤浮选效果的影响,结果表明:无机盐的存在对棋盘井选煤厂煤泥浮选有一定的促进效果,促进效果顺序为NaCl>CaCl_(2)>AlCl_(3),但无机盐阳离子浓度过量后,会导致精煤产率下降。In the flotation process,the high ash fine mud is very easy to float up and difficult to control,which often causes the ash content of flotation concentrate to exceedthe standard.As a result,the clean coal of gravity separation is"back ash",which seriously affects the normal production of coal washing plant.In order to improve the flotation effect.This paper explores the influence of three inorganic salts Na^(+),Ca^(2+)and Al^(3+)on the flotation effect of Qipanjing Coal.The results show that the existence of inorganic salts has a certain promotion effect on Qipanjing Coal slime flotation.The promotion effect is NaCl>CaCl_(2)>AlCl_(3).However,after the concentration of inorganic salt cations is excessive,the existence of excessive cations will lead to the decrease of clean coal yield.
