摘  要:选煤厂加介系统是重介分选工艺的重要组成部分。以巴拉素选煤厂为例,加介过程可分为介质获取、介质冲洗、介质注入3个步骤。智能加介系统旨在打造一套系统,使得这3个步骤实现自动化;同时,加介系统预留数据接口,使得加介系统与选煤厂智能控制系统联动,最终实现智能加介。Magnetite feeding system in coal preparation plant is an important part of dense medium process.Taking Balasu Coal Preparation Plant as an example,the process of feeding magnetite can be divided into three steps which are magnetite capture,magnetite flushing and magnetite pumping.The intelligent magnetite feeding system aims to build a system to automate these three steps.At the same time,data interface is reserved for the magnetite feeding system,which enables the linkage between the magnetite feeding system and the intelligent control system of the coal preparation plant,and finally realizes the intelligent magnetite feeding.
