摘 要:根据粉煤灰制备氧化铝中间产物结晶氯化铝的物性特点,重点研究结晶氯化铝脱水分解、晶型转化、粘结特性等焙烧关键技术及影响规律。在试验和分析基础上,发现了结晶氯化铝焙烧制备氧化铝的反应机理,重点研究焙烧温度、停留时间、流态化工艺参数影响规律,首次研发了流态化焙烧试验炉系统并完成72 h连续生产。试验结果表明:产品α-Al_(2)O_(3)≤1%,灼减≤0.5%,理化指标满足电解铝要求,装置热效率达到85%。According to the physical characteristics of crystalline aluminum chloride,an intermediate product of alumina prepared from fly ash,this paper focuses on the key roasting technologies and their influencing laws,such as dehydration decomposition,crystal transformation and bonding characteristics of crystalline aluminum chloride.On the basis of experimental analysis,the fluidized roasting test furnace system was developed for the first time and 72-hour continuous production was completed.The test results show that the productα-Al_(2)O_(3) is less than or equal to 1%,ignition loss is less than or equal to 0.5%,physical and chemical indexes meet the requirements of electrolytic aluminum,and the thermal efficiency of the device reaches 85%.
