摘　　要：目的:探讨温针灸联合龙血竭胶囊治疗早期糖尿病足的效果观察及对氧化应激反应和炎症指标的影响分析。方法:将早期糖尿病足的76例患者随机分为两组(对照组和观察组),各38例。采用温针灸的传统疗法对对照组患者进行治疗,观察组患者则是在此基础上加用龙血竭胶囊,观察两组患者的临床疗效及氧化应激相关指标和关键炎症因子的变化。结果:治疗后,观察组和对照组患者的治愈率分别为94.74%和78.95%,两组之间具有显著性差异(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组NO、tNOS和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平显著降低,而iNOS和血清丙二醛(MDA)水平显著升高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的TNF-α、hs-CRP和IL-6水平均显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:采用温针灸联合龙血竭胶囊治疗早期糖尿病足的效果良好,可有效降低患者的氧化应激和炎症反应。Objective:To investigate the effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Longxuejie capsule in the treatment of early diabetic foot and analyze its influence on oxidative stress response and inflammation index.Methods:Seventy-six patients with early diabetic foot were randomly divided into two groups(control group and observation group),38 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion,while patients in the observation group were treated with Longxuejie capsule on the basis of warm acupuncture and moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,oxidative stress-related indexes and key inflammatory factors of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:After treatment,the cure rates of the observation group and the control group were 94.74%and 78.95%,respectively,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of NO,tNOS and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the observation group were significantly decreased,while the levels of iNOS and serum malondialdehyde(MDA)were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the observation group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Longxuejie capsule has a good effect in the treatment of early diabetic foot,which can effectively reduce the oxidative stress and inflammation of patients.
