摘　　要：目的:分析推拿手法配合物理治疗措施实施后,耻骨骨折早期排便困难患者各指标状况,评估该措施的实际应用价值。方法:选择我院2020年1月—2020年12月期间80例耻骨骨折早期排便困难患者,所有患者均给予随机分组法(两组,各40例)。组别设置:研究组、对照组,上述组别分别给予患者推拿手法配合物理治疗、常规药物治疗,对比上述措施的临床效果。结果:与研究组相比,对照组中医证候积分较高,P<0.05,统计学分析有意义;两组治疗有效率对比显示,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05,统计学结果有意义。结论:推拿手法配合物理治疗对耻骨骨折早期排便困难具有积极意义,该方案可行性较高,可以显著提升疾病治疗效果,改善预后。Objective:To analyze the index condition of patients with difficult early defecation in pubic bone fracture,and to evaluate the practical application value of this measure.Methods:In selecting 80 patients with difficult early-stage defecation of pubic bone fracture from January 2020 to December 2020 in our hospital,all patients were randomized(two groups,40 patients each).Group setting:study group,control group,the above groups respectively gave patients massage manipulation combined with physical therapy,conventional drug treatment,to compare the clinical effects of the above measures.Results:Compared with the study group,the control group had higher TCM syndrome score,P<0.05,and significant statistical analysis;the two groups showed that the study group was higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Massage technique combined with physical therapy has a positive significance for the early defecation difficulties of pubic bone fracture.This scheme is highly feasible and can significantly improve the disease treatment effect and improve the prognosis.
