中西医结合干预方式对剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合干预方式对促进剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能恢复的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年2月—2022年1月在我院产科行剖宫产术且符合纳入标准的产妇200例,采用随机数字表法分为2组,每组100例:术后常规处理为对照组,常规处理基础上予“吐纳”“呼吸运动+针刺”为观察组,术后72小时评估2组疗效,比较各组产妇术后首次肛门排气排便时间、肠鸣音恢复正常时间、临床有效率、舒适度评分及满意度。结果:胃肠功能恢复时间观察组低于对照组,临床治疗有效率观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),舒适度评分观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),医护满意度观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对接受剖宫产术的产妇实施中西医结合干预可有效缩短产后胃肠功能恢复时间,提升肠胀气改善效果,提高身体舒适度,进而提高医护理满意度和产妇的生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function of parturients after cesarean section.Methods:From February 2020 to January 2022,200 parturients who had undergone cesarean section in our obstetrics department and met the inclusion criteria were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.Postoperative routine treatment was used as the control group.On the basis of routine treatment,“breathing movement+acupuncture”was used as the observation group.The efficacy of the two groups was evaluated 72 hours after operation.The time of first anal exhaust and defecation,the time of bowel sounds returning to normal,and the clinical efficiency of each group were compared Comfort score and satisfaction.Results:The observation group for gastrointestinal function recovery time was lower than the control group,the observation group with clinical treatment efficiency was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the SAS and SDS scoring observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05),the comfort score observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the medical satisfaction observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on parturients undergoing cesarean section can effectively shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function after delivery,improve the effect of flatulence,improve physical comfort,and thus improve the satisfaction of medical care and the quality of life of parturients.
