聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵的改性及固色性能研究

摘  要:本文通过交联性改性剂对聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵固色剂进行改性,对改性聚DMDAAC固色剂对棉织物的固色效果和耐湿擦性能进行评价,并对固色整理工艺优化。实验结果表明,在合成时反应温度50℃,反应时间8 h,改性剂DHAC与DMDAAC配比10/90,固色时改性聚DMDAAC固色剂浓度5 wt%(omf),浴比1∶10,浸渍固色5 min,经170℃定形,定形3 min,棉织物的耐皂洗牢度达到4~5级,湿摩擦牢度达到3~4级,优于市售同类产品。The polydimethyldiallyl ammonium chloride is modified by a cross-linking modifier, and the modified poly-DMDAAC fixing agent has a good fixation effect and wet rub resistance on cotton fabrics. In the synthesis of the reaction temperature of 50~60 ℃ and reaction time of 8 h, the ratio of DHAC to DMDAAC was 10/90 and when the modified poly-DMDAAC fixing agent concentration is 5 wt%, the bath ratio of 1∶10, the fixing time is 5 min, the baking temperature is 170 ℃, and the baking time is 3 min, the soaping fastness of cotton fabrics reaches grade 4~5, and the wet rubbing fastness reaches grade 3~4, which is better than effect of similar commercial products on the market.
