摘 要:中国石油庆阳石化公司120 Mt/a柴油加氢装置始建于2010年7月,工艺技术方案采用抚顺石油化工研究院开发的FHI柴油加氢改质异构降凝技术及配套催化剂。2018年10月,考虑连续重整装置加工量存在缺口。根据改造装置的规模、原料特性、总加工方案中目的产品的要求及全厂氢气平衡,在原抚顺石油化工研究院开发的FHI柴油加氢改质异构降凝技术的基础上,采用容垢能力更强的FZC系列保护剂、FF-66精制催化剂和FC-16B加氢改质降凝催化剂级配体系。达到提高石脑油收率及满足国Ⅵ加氢柴油质量要求[1]。The 1.2 million ton/year diesel hydrogenation unit of petrochina Qingyang Petrochemical Company was built in July 2010, the process plan is based on the Heterogeneous pour point depression technology for hydroupgrading of FHI diesel and the matching catalyst developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petrochemical. In October 2018, there was a gap in the capacity considered for CCR units. According to the scale of the revamping unit, the characteristics of raw materials, the requirements of the target products in the overall processing plan and the hydrogen balance of the whole plant, on the basis of the Heterogeneous pour point depression technology for diesel hydroupgrading developed by the former Fhi, a series of FZC protectors with stronger capacity of scale holding, FF-66 refined catalyst and FC-16B hydroupgrading and pour point depression catalyst grade system were used. To improve the yield of Naphtha and meet the country’s VI hydrodiesel quality requirements.
