摘 要:为研究氧族元素构成材料的热电性能,本文设计两步法合成碲化铋纳米线,先用水热法合成一维的纯碲纳米线,再在合成的一维碲纳米线的基础上用原位生长的溶剂热法合成碲化铋纳米线,并对相关产物的性能如晶体结构,微观形貌等进行表征和分析。结果表明,该方法合成的纯碲纳米线和碲化铋纳米线纯度较高,尺寸在40nm左右且均匀。另外两步法合成碲化铋纳米线的过程中,第一步合成的碲纳米线可以通过调节p H值来其尺寸大小,间接的调整第二步反应中碲化铋纳米线的直径。In order to study the thermoelectric properties of materials composed of oxygen elements, this paper designs a two-step synthesis of tellurium selenide nanowires. First, one-dimensional pure selenium nanowires are synthesized by hydrothermal method, and then tellurium selenide nanowires are synthesized by in-situ growth solvothermal method on the basis of the synthesized one-dimensional selenium nanowires. The properties of related products such as crystal structure and micro morphology are characterized and analyzed. The results show that the pure selenium nanowires and tellurium selenide nanowires synthesized by this method have high purity and uniform size of about 40 nm. In addition, in the process of two-step synthesis of tellurium selenide nanowires, the size of the selenium nanowires synthesized in the first step can be adjusted by adjusting the pH value, and the diameter of tellurium selenide nanowires in the second step can be adjusted indirectly.
