摘　　要：目的:优化祛风活络喷雾剂渗漉提取工艺。方法:利用单因素结合Box-Behnken法,对提取工艺中乙醇用量、乙醇含量、流速等因素进行考察,通过对岩白菜素、川续断皂苷Ⅵ含量及总固体的综合评分,优选最佳提取工艺并进行验证。结果:优化后的提取工艺为流速3 mL·min^(-1)·kg^(-1),乙醇含量55%,乙醇用量为10倍。验证试验结果与回归方程预测值吻合。结论:采用Box-Behnken响应面法优化得到的祛风活络喷雾剂渗漉工艺,具有高效、快速的优点,适合制剂生产。Objective:To optimize the percolation and extraction process of Qufeng Huoluo spray.Methods:Using single factor combined with Box-Behnken method,factors such as ethanol dosage,ethanol content,flow rate and other factors in the extraction process were investigated,and the optimal extraction process was optimized by comprehensive scoring of the content of leucogenin,saponin VI and total solids.and verify.Results:The optimized extraction process was as follows:the flow rate was 3 mL·min^(-1)·kg^(-1),the ethanol content was 55%,and the ethanol dosage was 10 times.The verification test results are in good agreement with the predicted values of the regression equation.Conclusion:The percolation process of Qufeng Huoluo spray optimized by Box-Behnken response surface methodology has the advantages of high efficiency and rapidity,and is suitable for preparation production.
