多种消毒剂杀菌效果评价

摘　　要：2020年以来,新冠病毒对全球造成具大的伤害与经济损失,现阶段我国能有效控制疫情的传播,但是由于境外输入的问题导致多次新冠感染的事件发生,就连国外进口的物资与快递也会导致直接接触者受到感染,根据新冠病毒防疫要求,所使用的消毒剂需对金黄色葡萄球菌与大肠埃希氏菌的短时间内杀灭率达到99.9%;为了更好地评价不同消毒剂的对微生物的杀灭效果,对过氧乙酸、二氧化氯、双氧水、1227、Vortexx、Sterbac六种消毒剂进行短时间内杀菌率测试,验证消毒过程是否达到新冠防疫要求,也可指导药品、保健食品、食品、化妆品生产企业现场消毒剂的使用浓度与输出有效消毒时间,防止因消毒剂浓度不足与消毒时间不够而影响消毒效果。经测试不同浓度的消毒剂在同一时间内对微生物的杀灭效率是不一样的(测试方法参考:消毒技术规范2002版),经对过氧乙酸、二氧化氯、双氧水、1227、Vortexx、Sterba六种消毒剂对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄同球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、白假丝酵母菌、黑曲霉五种微生物均有良好的杀菌作用。Since 2020, COVID-19 has caused great damage and economic losses to the world. The disinfectant used should kill 99.9 % of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in a short time;In order to better evaluate the killing effect of different disinfectants on microorganisms, the sterilization rate of six disinfectants including peracetic acid, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, 1227, vortexx and sterbac is tested in a short time to verify whether the disinfection process meets the requirements of Xinguan epidemic prevention. It can also guide the use concentration and output effective disinfection time of disinfectants in drug, health food, food and cosmetics production enterprises, Prevent the disinfection effect from being affected by insufficient disinfectant concentration and insufficient disinfection time.According to the test, the killing efficiency of disinfectants of different concentrations on microorganisms is different at the same time(test method reference:disinfection technical specification 2002 Edition). Six disinfectants of peracetic acid, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen peroxide, 1227, voltexx and Sterba have good bactericidal effect on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger.
